No Returns for Custom Products
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged due to transportation issues.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Send an email to Angle3d@customcrystalcrafts.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. Our team will review the information and work with you to arrange a replacement if applicable.
How We Handle Damaged Claims
For approved damage claims, we will cover the cost of the replacement product and shipping. We may also request that you return the damaged item to us for quality review.
Please note that we are unable to process claims for damages reported after the 3-day period.
